It's freezing at night and quite chilly during the day, with little to no precipitation. Just the right weather for ice skating. And that won't change in the coming days either. Read on to find out where the season has already started and where it could be about to start - all over the country.

The fact that the idyllic Weißensee is an incomparable paradise for ice skaters has been known throughout Europe at the latest since the Dutch came here with their "Eleven Cities Tour", which is hardly possible at home and will take place this year from January 18 to February 1. So it's hardly surprising that so many people wanted to go to this natural ice rink on the last dream weekend that parking spaces became the ultimate limiting factor.
