March 8 is International Women's Day. We honor outstanding female entrepreneurs, representing the many women who strengthen our economy, create jobs, and implement their ideas. Their courage, innovation, and leadership are inspiring examples of more female empowerment.

Women have long since reached the top. They start companies, are bosses, courageously implement ideas, lead and shape. But: they are usually not in the spotlight. Reason enough to bring them to the fore, because men are still more strongly represented in the economy. According to current data from the Chamber of Commerce, one in three companies is run by a woman.
