Caro A. (20) suffered a cardiac arrest during a cosmetic operation. The Vienna public prosecutor's office has now closed the investigation against the anesthetist. Many questions remain unanswered: Was the measurement of oxygen saturation through her gel nails faulty? Did the doctor continuously monitor the procedure? The young woman's distraught parents demand further investigations.

How can it be that a young, healthy person suffocates during an operation - and nobody notices? These and many other questions have tormented Caro's parents day and night since the fatal operation. Ever since the mother accompanied her daughter to a private clinic in Vienna at 8.45 a.m. on December 1, 2022.
