If Fridays actually make most people cheer and look forward to the weekend, today could be different: Because Friday the 13th's reputation precedes it! What's behind this (un)lucky day? And why you (shouldn't) be afraid of it.

Although statistics disprove that more accidents happen on Friday the 13th, the superstition about the unlucky day persists. Many skyscrapers don't have a 13th floor, you often look in vain for the 13th row on airplanes and hotels are happy to do without room number 13. Why is that?
