How much “green” is left in Elon Musk?
Tesla boss Elon Musk once set out to make the world a better place with electric cars, battery storage and photovoltaic systems. But the tech entrepreneur's former clean-cut image is crumbling. The Trump sympathizer has apparently already said goodbye to his "secret master plan".
Elon Musk was once celebrated and revered as a kind of green "Tony Stark". Like the ingenious inventor from the Marvel comics, who leads a double life as "Iron Man", he declared the electric car to be the means of transportation of the future at a time when nobody else really wanted to believe in it and declared himself a fighter for a clean, green future without fossil fuels and CO2 emissions.
In the meantime, however, the former pioneer and trailblazer for e-mobility seems to have revised many of his earlier views - including his "secret master plan". So how much green is there left in Musk?
