Duel for the Red Cross: Who will be president today?

Every four years, the Styrian Red Cross elects its president. It's that time again on Tuesday: the secret ballot will take place at the Seifenfabrik in Graz from 5 pm. Unlike in 2019 (and previous years), the incumbent Werner Weinhofer has a rival in Siegfried Schrittwieser. The "Krone" asked both of them for an interview.

168 delegates from all Styrian districts will decide on their new leader on Tuesday. The ballot is secret, it starts at 5 pm and the result should be known by 7.30 pm. Most delegates come from the Graz region, with the district of Bruck-Mürzzuschlag in second place.
