The state's travel agencies are taking stock: which destinations are particularly popular for summer vacations, what is important for travelers and which offers are still waiting.

Over the past few months, travel agency staff have had a lot to do. After all, the offers for early bookers are traditionally available from November to February. And even outside of this period, demand for a great vacation is high. "Although our industry is repeatedly predicted to come to an end, customers continue to appreciate our advice and service," reports Jutta Ochsenhofer, Chairwoman of the Travel Agencies Association of the Burgenland Chamber of Commerce.
