What is it like with happy people, what is different about them? "They perceive their lives as good, valuable and meaningful," says psychotherapist, enjoyment coach and author Beate Handler. They feel good, satisfied, experience a kind of inner peace and the feeling of "being able to master their own life well and use their gifts and abilities".
