How the FPÖ wants to conquer Vienna City Hall

The FPÖ wants to conquer Vienna City Hall in the 2025 election. With comic strips about the head of the city, fee confectionery and toughness on asylum. Its main opponent is the SPÖ, but the other parties are also getting their fair share. Rhetorically, the Blue Party has stepped up its game. Some of their tirades are right on the edge. 

The Vienna Blue Party held its national party conference at Messe Wien on Saturday. Outside, the sun is shining brightly. Inside, the 400 delegates sit in a (too large) wood-paneled hall, the lights are turned up. There is mineral water, Käsekornspitz and a short version of the national anthem.
