Low-carb, intermittent fasting or cabbage soups: There are many different diets. What they all have in common, however, is that their success is often short-lived. Fitness expert Lukas Grigorescu from St. Pölten explains why this is the case and what more effective long-term methods there are for losing weight in the latest part of the "Fit through the winter" series.
"Yes, diets work. But usually only for a limited time because they are far too strict," says Lukas Grigorescu. And he knows what he's talking about, as the personal coach has helped more than 500 people to get rid of their belly and feel better over the past nine years.
