100 people affected! Nursing school in Graz threatened with closure

The traditional training center for nursing is no longer to have a future at its current location at Graz University Hospital. Uncertainty prevails among those affected, the Styrian State Councillor for Health is calmer: Nothing has been decided yet and the center is still in the evaluation phase.

Only a few months ago, Styrian Health Councillor Karlheinz Kornhäusl (ÖVP) paid a visit to the Education Center for Nursing and Health East on the grounds of Graz University Hospital together with the Green Health Minister Johannes Rauch. The tenor of the media-effective appointment: the great importance of nursing staff and this Styrian training center in particular.
