Iris and Markus Rainer are the second generation to run Gasthaus Sonnhof in St. Veit. From grandma to great-grandchildren, the whole family helps out and there are rarely any breaks to catch their breath - the family behind the St. Veit district winner of the "Krone" restaurant competition knows why alarm bells are ringing in the restaurant trade and how this tough job can still be managed.

110 seats inside, almost 70 outside, plus twelve rooms - that's what Iris and Markus Rainer and their 18 employees are responsible for. They run Gasthaus Sonnhof in St. Veit - successfully and full of passion, as quickly becomes clear when talking to the innkeeper couple.
