Tennis fans’ hearts beat for Alcaraz

The French Open hasn't even really started yet, but even on the qualifying days, the crowds were already out and about at Roland Garros. Fans left thousands of euros in the boutique, took pictures with the champions' trophies - and gave the "Krone" their winning tips. 

Every morning at ten o'clock on the dot, the loudspeakers at Stade Roland Garros announce: "The gates are opening!" At this signal, the fans stream through the aforementioned entrances and, welcomed by a band, enter a small tennis paradise. The main destinations of the mass migration, which begins on the qualifying days, are of course the courts, but you often have to wait in line to get in.
