Goethe's "Faust" tells us a lot about climate change. At least if you take a sharp look at it like "Krone" science expert Dr. Christian Mähr. He brings together literature and natural science. 

"But the sun does not tolerate white, Education and striving are everywhere, It wants to enliven everything with color; But there are no flowers in the district ..."

These are the words of the "Easter Stroll" from the drama "Faust", part one, by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. But don't worry, this isn't the kind of pre-Easter reflection that many columnists believe they have to make these days. Rather, these lines contain a very practical reference to the present.
