Kelag's new tariffs for its charging stations have caused annoyance among some customers. The "Krone" asked the Carinthian energy company.

A curiosity a few years ago, but now a familiar sight: e-cars on Carinthia's roads. While many charge their climate-friendly runabouts at home with their own charging station, some are dependent on public facilities. As with the electricity tariffs last year, Kelag has now adjusted its tariffs and contracts. At Kelag's own charging stations, a kilowatt hour now costs at least 55 cents. The change has caused anger and surprise among some customers. That's why the "Krone" asked Kelag for clarification.
