If you want to be sure that everything really goes to the heirs you want to remember after your death, you should draw up a will in good time. But not every supposed will is valid as such! A last will and testament is very practical: with a will, you can also deviate from the legal order of succession - in favor of people who are dear to you, but who would not be heirs without a will. Or you can allocate certain parts of the estate to specific heirs.
