In society, you no longer need to be married to officially belong together. In terms of inheritance law, however, things are different: cohabiting partners hardly play a role here. We know how you can inherit without saying yes!

If you want to leave something to your loved one without being married or living in a registered partnership, you should draw up a will. Otherwise, cohabiting partners will usually go away empty-handed.
