Why only the third speeding car is threatened with auction

For only the fourth time in Austria, the car of an extreme speeding driver could end up under the hammer: The BMW 118d of an 18-year-old is about to be auctioned off. According to the speeding law, this has been possible since last year for high speeding offenses. The "Krone" asked why there were not more auctions and what shortcomings an expert sees in the law.
