Not even the City Court of Auditors receives the information it requests from the provincial capital to investigate irregularities. This is shown by a new legal opinion. Now the head of human resources is under fire!

Anyone who thought there was no longer any escalation level in Klagenfurt is mistaken. Because apparently things can always get worse. Not only - as the past shows - is a lot going wrong in the town hall of the provincial capital; a new legal opinion (commissioned by the Audit Committee, by the way) has now even declared procedures in dealing with the City Court of Audit to be unlawful.
