One in four couples in Austria who want to have children have difficulties getting pregnant. However, a quarter of all men have never thought about their own fertility. In reality, however, the situation is no longer so good. Krone+ shows 11 reasons why this is the case and what men should do.

Not only mothers, but also fathers have become older when they are expecting their first child - the average dad is now 35 years old. Which naturally means limited fertility for women and men alike during the planning phase. While women are quick to think about it, men hardly feel affected if it doesn't "work out" straight away.
