Rules tightened

Wild parking with e-scooters is now severely punished!

Carelessly parked e-scooters on sidewalks can quickly become a tripping hazard. To finally get the chaos under control, the city of Klagenfurt is tightening the rules. 

They stand or lie in parks and in the middle of sidewalks, where they can become a dangerous obstacle for pedestrians - especially for people with impaired vision or walking difficulties. This could soon be a thing of the past, according to those responsible in Klagenfurt town hall. New regulations are due to come into force at the beginning of July. Violations will be severely punished.
