Three become one: the “SeeWinkelgärten”

Paul Reiner, Chris Weinert and Clara Heinrich are market gardeners. All three started market gardening independently of each other and met by chance. Now they are joining forces. 

A brief explanation: in "market gardening", vegetable plants are planted close together in order to achieve as much yield as possible in a small area. However, the soil is worked as little as possible and, when it is, as gently as possible. In short, it is a type of agriculture that produces a large variety of species and can be operated with as little financial outlay as possible. This is because large, expensive equipment is not necessary.
