In the first three months of 2024, almost 1,700 companies in Austria went bankrupt and were therefore insolvent. What should employees do and what should they look out for if their employer goes bankrupt? We spoke to an expert from the Upper Austrian Chamber of Labor, who has some important tips.

Insolvency proceedings were opened for more than 130 companies, with debts amounting to 83.2 million euros - that is the sobering result after the first quarter in Upper Austria.
