Minibambini scandal: Vienna is now in court

It was the city itself that turned the bankruptcy of the Minibambini kindergartens a year ago into a multi-million euro debacle. The bankruptcy trustee is convinced of this - and is demanding the money back. The first hearing has already taken place, and the judge also had some unpleasant questions.

Even before the criminal proceedings against the Minibambini clan, a legal bombshell bursts in the affair surrounding alleged funding fraud in the kindergartens: liquidator Christoph Erler is convinced that the city could and should have prevented the debacle back in 2013 - and is therefore partly responsible for the millions in losses.
