Kurz boss Thiel invests in the Olympics on drugs

Higher, faster, further - this is the motto under which athletes from all over the world will be competing for medals and records at the Summer Olympics in Paris from July 26. In the USA, a "modern" new version of the sporting event is being worked on - a kind of Olympics on drugs and without controls. There are already prominent and financially strong supporters of the idea - including Kurz CEO Peter Thiel.

"Enhanced Games" is the name of the "direct challenger" to the Olympic Games, which aims to "celebrate the best of humanity and science". But the event could have unforeseeable consequences for the athletes: The abstruse competitions are to be made possible by anabolic steroids, steroids, erythropoietin (EPO) and other performance-enhancing drugs without restriction. The "improved games", as they are called, are to be the first international sporting event without doping controls.
