Patient dead, doctor dismissed: Lawsuit against the state of Upper Austria

Following the death of two patients at Kirchdorf Hospital and the dismissal of a senior doctor, the case is now in court for the first time. The defendant is the state of Upper Austria and not the Upper Austrian Health Holding, where the anaesthetist was employed. The "Krone" knows the exact background. 

The reputations of several doctors have been ruined, the mood at Kirchdorf Hospital is at rock bottom and the uncertainty is great: following the deaths of two patients (65, 89), medical experts are now working on their expert opinions so that public prosecutors can draw the right conclusions.
