How to invest your assets properly in gold

The price of gold is at a record high. It has risen by more than 40 percent in the past year, and this year has been almost all uphill so far. The tense situation worldwide and the high demand on the market will not allow the price rally to end any time soon, but investors should not just blindly put their assets into gold.

Since the beginning of the year, the price of gold has once again risen by more than 10%, with global uncertainties and Donald Trump's (tariff) policy leading to a further price increase after an already strong 2024, in which more gold was bought than ever before at just under 5,000 tons. A lot of gold is currently being brought into the US from Europe for fear of tariffs on various metals.
