The number of late-term mothers is constantly increasing. But how safe is it really to have a baby at over 40? An expert explains the risks involved.

Do you want to become a mother in your mid-20s, but you don't have enough money? Have you not yet found the right partner or are you trying to build a career first? There are many reasons why women delay pregnancy. After all, you want to offer your child something - a nice home, financial security.
