Reducing the number of contacts to a minimum, social distancing rules, wearing masks - five years ago, many companies introduced working from home in one fell swoop to play it safe during the coronavirus pandemic. Now, however, more and more companies are bringing their employees back to the office. A New Work expert explains what's behind this.

Making a virtue out of necessity - this applies to the home office, which has found its way into many companies during the coronavirus era and is here to stay even after the pandemic.
