Two Upper Austrian women had a nasty surprise on their trip to Malta. Despite having paid for their tickets, they were not allowed to board the plane. Krone+ shows how the case turned out again.

In April, Leonie G. had booked two direct flights from Vienna to Malta via an online portal. The Austrian Airlines flight was to be operated by Air Malta. On the planned day of travel in August, the student and her friend arrived at the airport on time. There, the vacation was temporarily over.
