Her powerful book made a seasoned politician "weak". The SPÖ regional party leader Michael Lindner resigned because he wanted to spend more time with his family. In an interview with the "Krone" newspaper, the author explains how she found out about it, what she thinks of this step and whether Lindner can be a role model for other men. 

"I found out about the resignation because my cell phone was ringing off the hook on Saturday and lots of people sent me the video in which Michael Lindner announces his resignation and refers to my novel," says Mareike Fallwickl.
