Workation and bleisure are suitcase words that describe similar but different things. The former refers to the combination ofwork andvacation, i.e. "normal" working from a vacation location. The latter, on the other hand, combines business and leisure, i.e. work and leisure. Bleisure travel therefore means that business trips are interspersed with leisure activities or extended by a few vacation days.
