As Olympic champion and number three in the tennis world, Alexander Zverev is not only an international superstar, but was also one of Dominic Thiem's best friends on the ATP Tour. The German spoke to "Krone" at the Erste Bank Open about their matches and activities together, his hunt for his first Grand Slam and the battle with the superstars.

Alexander Zverev: He had an amazing career. One of the best Austrian tennis players of all time, perhaps even the best. I hope that he will simply have a nice farewell, as he deserves, a nice last week.
