In retrospect, there is a huge legal loophole in the Vienna housing bonus. The City of Vienna was sloppy in the design of the 200-euro payment. However, the city does not want to know that some of the most needy were excluded from the payments. But perhaps: not yet. In any case, it could be expensive.
