Ryanair accusation: few staff, lousy training
You're looking forward to your vacation, but the plane just doesn't show up. Annoying! But you are not alone in this fate. Over 152,000 planes have already been delayed across Europe this year. Now Ryanair believes it has found the culprit and is pressing charges. But this is only half the truth, as Krone+ found out.
Frequent flyers can tell you a thing or two about it, but even occasional travelers have probably experienced it: the flight crew ask for forgiveness that the plane will only take off after a considerable delay. The annoyance is great for all those affected. A total of 27.5 million passengers in Europe have already had to accept delays since April this year. Especially during the vacation travel season, the problems at some airports were enormous.
