The more than 20 films in the legendary James Bond series alone - none of which have ever been in the red at the box office - are evidence of an unparalleled pop-cultural phenomenon. However, the vast majority of viewers are not aware of the close-knit societies that the great appeal of the charming British secret agent really brings together.
The Krone met one of these extreme fans - even if he wouldn't describe himself as such. "I'm a cineaste," explains Viennese dentist Georg Reichenberg as he guides visitors through the recently opened "007 Action" exhibition at METAStadt. Here he helps out with the German tours. A task for which they could probably not have found anyone more suitable than the dentist, as would become clear in the course of the conversation.
