What we may be facing at federal level is a reality in Upper Austria: the ÖVP and FPÖ are working together and leading the state. The current legislative period after the 2021 election is reaching its half-time, which is why the "Krone" asked ÖVP politician Thomas Stelzer and FPÖ man Manfred Haimbuchner for an interview. 

Why can the ÖVP work with the FPÖ in Upper Austria, but not in the federal government? Why do the blacks categorically exclude the blue Herbert Kickl? Thomas Stelzer (ÖVP) and Manfred Haimbuchner (FPÖ) spent an hour answering these questions for "Krone".
