Used or new? Electric or combustion engine? Opinions differ when it comes to buying a car. According to AutoScout24, Europe's largest online car market, now is "a good time to look around the market and buy a used car". But how do local sellers assess the situation?

"It is indeed the case that prices have fallen," according to a "Krone" call. On average, a used car currently costs 26,733 euros and is therefore 6.3 percent - around 1800 euros - cheaper than at the beginning of the year. The biggest percentage change was in sports cars, followed by minibuses and upper mid-range cars (see chart below).
