The weapons ban zone and the "youth crime task force" are having an effect. The "Krone" has the first facts and figures on the age and origin of the perpetrators. 

Almost no evening without a knife attack, several cases of gang rape or shootings - that is the sad reality. And more and more often, the perpetrators are minors. Self-proclaimed moral guardians and whip-wielding thugs roam the streets. Vienna suffers from youth gangs.
