The new federal government is under pressure at its first working meeting. In the Chancellor's Office, the focus is therefore not on getting to know each other, but on the urgently needed economic upturn. The two economic researchers Gabriel Felbermayr (Wifo) and Holger Bonin (IHS) will be at the table. It will have to be clarified whether the budget gap of 6.4 billion euros is still growing.
