With the end of the semester break, reality returns for many pupils - and this often means an increase in learning stress, pressure to perform and worries about grades. The "Krone" spoke to the head of school psychology in Carinthia, Ina Tremschnig. 

The transition from the relaxing days off back into the school routine is not always easy for many. But how can pupils best master this challenge so that they don't fall victim to the pressure to perform - and above all: where does this pressure come from?
