According to the latest drug report, Austria is "a country of high consumption" when it comes to alcohol and nicotine. And unfortunately, it is also one of the countries where many drug-related deaths occur. We have taken a look at the legal question of when our children are allowed to consume alcohol, chik, snus and the like. But the question of whether this is a good thing is a completely different one - and probably affects us all.
