What to do when parcels simply don’t arrive?
"What a sap store," says a woman from Klagenfurt, annoyed by the delayed delivery of her juice cure. What customers can do if parcels still don't arrive after weeks of waiting.

Antonia-Sophia (name changed by the editors) from Klagenfurt, who wanted to start the new year in good health and therefore ordered a seven-day juice cure, asked herself this question.
As part of a New Year promotion, the German manufacturer promised a delivery time of one to three days and a 25% discount on the order: "I went for it. I ordered on December 29 and immediately received an order confirmation by email. The shipping confirmation was a long time coming," says Antonia-Sophia.
