17-year-old David has been battling Long Covid for two years. The teenager tells the "Krone" about his everyday life, which has been turned upside down by the disease. Although the pandemic has disappeared from the headlines, patients are still suffering from the late effects of the infection.

David is 17 years old, and this is what his everyday life looks like: "I get up as late as possible in the morning and drink a large glass of water while I'm still lying down to keep my circulation going. Then I sit up slowly. I usually brush my teeth while sitting down. If I have enough energy, I am driven to school afterwards. When I get home in the early afternoon, I usually can't do anything else and lie down."
