More jobs than inhabitants: Lebring-St. Margarethen in the Styrian district of Leibnitz is one of the financially strongest municipalities in the country and has big plans for the town. It's still just a large, green field: "Almost nobody believes that such an area in a central location is owned by the municipality," says Mayor Franz Labugger, looking at the fallow piece of land with satisfaction.
