In contrast to the Greens and the KPÖ, the Styrian NEOS are not so extremely dependent on the results in the greater Graz area. However, the shortcomings of the Pinks are the low proportion of regular voters so far - and an ominous hurdle. 

For the Greens, a good result in Graz is the big political survival insurance, for the KPÖ with some reservations (it is also strong in the industrial towns of Upper Styria) this also applies. And the NEOS? Well, as the data prepared by political analyst Heinz Wassermann (FH Joanneum) shows, the Pinks are more broadly positioned in the vote mix.
