The fate of the Greens will be decided in Graz

No other Styrian state parliament party is as dependent on the result in the state capital Graz as the Greens. The trend does not speak in favor of the eco-party, which has recently lost votes mainly to the SPÖ.

The phrase sounds hackneyed, but it is still valid: Graz is the deciding factor in the provincial elections. In the politically unpredictable provincial capital, the question of who will be able to rejoice as number 1 on November 24 will probably be answered. Constituency 1 (which also includes the district of Graz-Umgebung) is also the focus of the three smaller state parliamentary parties, especially the Greens.
