Ready for retirement at the age of 41

Two decades are enough. In Wels, jack-of-all-trades Patrick Balange wants to hang his hat on the Nachtgastro. He is looking for a new owner for his restaurant on Wels' town square. Remarkable: he is planning to leave the scene, even though business is doing quite well again after a long downturn.  

A change of scenery instead of a change of game. That's Patrick Balange's plan for 2025. The jack-of-all-trades wants to say goodbye to the night-time gastronomy scene and hand over "Wildwechsel", which is popular with night owls, and the adjoining bar "Die Apotheker" on Welser Stadtplatz: "I'll be 41 and I'm ready for retirement."
