As parents of a toddler who is now completely blind, you certainly have enough to worry about. Mother Michaela F. rightly describes the fact that you still have to fight for care allowance in this situation as a huge impertinence.

Shortly after Johanna was born in January 2022, it became clear that something was wrong with her eyesight. This was followed by anxious and worrying months for the parents from the Salzburg region. Examinations under general anesthesia, an operation that was canceled. It was clear that the girl was born with a rare genetic defect in both eyes.
