Even though the search for the cause of the contamination of Klagenfurt's drinking water network is still in full swing and (only) 30,000 residents still have to boil their tap water, more and more questions are being raised about who is to blame and what compensation should be paid. After all, although the municipal utility company is providing drinking water to all those affected as best it can, additional costs have been incurred.
